MaxAEO Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MaxAEO websites, dashboards, diagnostic reports, APIs, content, and related services operated by HIII PTE. LTD ("MaxAEO", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using MaxAEO, you agree to these Terms.

If you use MaxAEO on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

MaxAEO helps brands monitor and improve how they appear across AI search and answer platforms. Our services may include brand visibility diagnosis, AI mention monitoring, sentiment analysis, citation tracking, competitor analysis, optimization recommendations, dashboards, exports, and consulting workflows.

AI platform behavior changes frequently. Reports and recommendations are based on available public data, configured prompts, supported platforms, and analysis methods at the time of processing. We do not guarantee a specific ranking, mention rate, citation outcome, or business result.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate account, company, billing, and contact information when requested.
• You may not share account access in a way that violates plan limits or creates security risk.
• We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, security risk, payment failure, or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to misuse MaxAEO. Prohibited activity includes:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or compromise the service.
• Using MaxAEO to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Submitting data that you do not have the right to use.
• Circumventing usage limits, authentication, rate limits, security controls, or payment controls.
• Using outputs as a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

You retain ownership of brand names, websites, prompts, competitors, materials, and other business information you provide to MaxAEO ("Customer Data"). You grant us the rights needed to process Customer Data to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the service.

Our privacy and data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information or proprietary business data.

MaxAEO uses automated systems and AI-assisted analysis. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or interpretations that require human review. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them for business decisions, publication, or customer communication.

Optimization recommendations are informational. We do not guarantee that implementing a recommendation will change how third-party AI platforms mention, rank, cite, or describe your brand.

Paid plans, add-ons, usage limits, renewal periods, and pricing are shown at checkout, in your order form, or in an applicable agreement. Taxes, payment processing terms, and subscription renewal rules may depend on your payment provider and location.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to provide a paid service due to an issue within our control and cannot reasonably resolve it.

MaxAEO, including its software, workflows, designs, dashboards, documentation, branding, templates, and analysis methods, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of MaxAEO to you.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use MaxAEO for your internal business purposes during your active access period.

MaxAEO may connect to, analyze, reference, or rely on third-party websites, AI platforms, search engines, APIs, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and communication services. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their outputs, or changes to their policies.

MaxAEO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxAEO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to MaxAEO will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the event, or USD 100 if no paid service applies.

We may update these Terms as our service evolves or legal requirements change. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, product, or email where appropriate. Continued use of MaxAEO after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
