Billing, trial and payment
Billing What is a prompt and how is it counted?
A prompt is one question a user asks an AI, such as "best note-taking apps for teams". Each prompt is checked once a day on every engine you selected. The prompt quota is per account and can be split across your brands however you like.
Billing What happens if I run out of prompts?
Upgrade to the next plan. Prompts cannot be bought separately; Enterprise is unlimited.
Billing I run an agency. Can I use one account for several clients?
Yes. Set up one brand per client; prompts are shared across the account. Pro covers 10 brands, Enterprise is unlimited.
Engines Can I change engines?
Yes. Starter and Growth pick 4 or 6 of the 8 engines, Pro and Enterprise get all 8. Change them any time in Products.
Engines I used all engines in the trial. What happens after I pay?
If your plan includes fewer engines than you were tracking, you will be asked which ones to keep; the rest pause and their history stays. If you skip, we keep them in default order.
Trial How does the free trial work? What happens when it ends?
Your 7-day free trial starts automatically when you sign up, with daily checks on all engines. No credit card is required, so nothing is charged. When it ends, monitoring pauses, your data stays, and it resumes as soon as you subscribe to any plan.
Trial How long until I see the first data?
About 3 minutes. Sign up and land in the wizard: AI drafts your brand, competitors and prompts, you confirm, and the first run starts on its own.
Payment How do I pay, and can I get a refund?
We accept credit cards. If you are not satisfied you can request a prorated refund for unused time. Enterprise plans run on quarterly or annual contracts.
Payment Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Contact us after payment and we will send one.
Payment Does my plan renew automatically?
No. You pay monthly or annually and nothing is charged when the period ends. As with the trial, monitoring pauses, your data stays, and it resumes when you renew.
Enterprise What does Enterprise include?
Unlimited brands, prompts and competitors, every engine, unlimited history, and a dedicated account manager. Quarterly or annual contract, with bank transfer available.
Security Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted at rest and isolated per account; it is never used to train public models or shared with third-party model providers. See the Privacy Policy.
